Last week, TSAE was proud to co-host LeadHERship LIVE alongside Texas Travel Alliance in The Woodlands.

More than 160 women leaders from across Texas came together for a day filled with meaningful conversations, authentic connections, and inspiring leadership insights. The energy in the room was a powerful reminder of the impact that occurs when women come together to learn, share experiences, and support one another.

Over the past three days, the TSAE Board of Directors gathered in Waco for our annual Summer Board Retreat.

Together, we welcomed and oriented our new board members, officially installed our new 2026-2027 officers and Board of Directors, and thanked those completing their board service.

The board also spent meaningful time discussing TSAE’s strategic plan, reviewing our committee structure, and exploring ways to better align volunteer leadership with the needs of our members and the future of the association profession.

A special thank you to Destination Waco for hosting us and showcasing so much of what makes Waco special. The Armstrong Browning Library was a true highlight and took our collective breath away.

We are grateful for TSAE’s volunteer leaders and excited for the work ahead as we continue moving forward, Better Together.
