Texas Exes Pride Alumni Network

The official LGBTQIA alumni association of The University of Texas at Austin. Welcoming Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual/Ally.

The Texas Exes Pride Alumni Network facilitates community building between LGBTQIA University of Texas students and alumni. This achievement comes after decades of groundwork laid by generations of motivated UT students and alumni. The LGBTQ community is highly diverse, representing a wide range of identities and varied campus experiences, and this new network will be a chance for the entire community to come together as Longhorns and support each other and the University we love.

“My favorite memory during my busy senior spring semester and graduation was getting to attend the Lav Grad Celebration, where I got to celebrate myself and others for our achievements and hard work. Being a q***r student in natural sciences, I always felt out of place as I thought there wasn’t a q***r & trans community to look up to & be a part of. Stepping foot into Lavender Grad opened my eyes to cherish q***r & trans excellence in academics and their sheer triumph over shared experiences and struggles.
