Our meetings are held once a week on Monday evening 7:00-9:00PM. Our meetings take place in the cafeteria of Seton Shoal Creek Hospital, located at 3501 Mills Ave. in Austin, behind the Randall's grocery store that faces West 35th Street.

I hope today we can remind ourselves that we are beautiful. It's up to us to define what beauty is to each individual. When we can honestly see the beauty in ourselves; it becomes much easier to see the beauty in the world. This is a tough illness that far too often blinds us from our strengths. Don't let mental illness rob you because you are strong and beautiful and compassionate people.
