Lenten organ recitals begin this Wednesday at Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church. The opening performance is by Christoph Hintermüller, Director of Worship and Music at St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church.

NEW FACULTY ALERT: Stephanie A. Budwey Called to Serve as Professor of Sacred Music and Dean of the Chapel at Austin Seminary

We're so excited to share that Austin Seminary has called Stephanie A. Budwey, ThD, to serve as Professor of Sacred Music and Dean of the Chapel as of July 1, 2026. Dr. Budwey is coming to Austin Seminary from Vanderbilt Divinity School and Graduate Department of Religion, where she has served since 2018, currently as assistant professor of the history and practice of Christian worship and the arts. Upon arrival at Austin Seminary, Dr. Budwey will hold the rank of associate professor.

We look forward to welcoming Dr. Budwey in the Fall semester of 2026 and to the gifts she will bring for the ongoing growth of this community!
