God loves the Church of Austin - all the varied expressions of His love and His character that exist in the city. And God has called us, the Church of Austin, to love Austin like He does. Jeremiah 29:7 reminds us to seek the peace and prosperity, or welfare, of the city where God has placed us and to pray for it. We invite you to consider the idea of A Church in the city: all the diverse gifts,

talents, experiences, and resources of the followers of Christ whom God has called to be in Austin working for the city to experience peace and prosperity. We invite you to be In the City For the City.
