Signs of the Kingdom

Signs of the Kingdom We are disciples of Christ, seeking to follow God's Truth and be led by the Holy Spirit.
(2)

We are not part of any denomination but firmly believe that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). Just like the early believers in the book of Acts, we’ve been called to preach the Gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons in Jesus' name. On this platform, you’ll see us traveling across different countries, preaching the Good News, baptizing believers, praying for the sick

, and delivering people from demonic oppression. We serve all, including the deaf community, using American Sign Language (ASL), International Sign Language, and occasionally providing subtitles. We are simply disciples living out Mark 16:15-18:
“Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved... and these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues... they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." Join us on this journey of faith, and witness the power of God moving in every nation and language! We don’t ask for donations, but if you feel led by God to support this ministry, we welcome your help. If it's on your heart to contribute, you can do so here:

“Hold on… you think we believe that our works earn salvation?
That’s a common misunderstanding — and it’s not what we believe.

The Bible teaches that Jesus alone saves us by His grace. His blood was already shed for our sins, and nothing we do can earn that. Salvation is not a reward for good behavior, religious effort, or rule-keeping.

So where does obedience fit?

Obedience is not about earning salvation — it’s about responding to God’s invitation. When the gospel is preached, people are called to believe, repent, and be baptized. These actions don’t purchase salvation; they show trust in Jesus and submission to His authority.

The apostle Paul strongly rejected “works” that try to earn God’s approval, such as keeping religious laws to boast or claim righteousness. But Paul never rejected obedience to Jesus. In fact, Scripture consistently connects salvation with obedient faith — not faith that only agrees in the mind, but faith that responds.

Baptism is a good example of this. The water itself does not save anyone. Jesus saves. Baptism is an act of obedience where a person openly trusts Christ and submits to what God has commanded. It is not a work of merit — it is a response of faith.

In this vlog, I explain the difference between earning salvation and receiving salvation, why obedience matters, and how grace and faith work together without contradiction. This is a Bible-based conversation meant to clarify, not attack, and to help people understand what the Scriptures actually teach.

Whether you agree or are still thinking through it, thank you for watching and engaging respectfully.”

Believing in Jesus Means a Changed Life

What does it really mean to believe in Jesus?

Believing is not just saying words. Believing means trusting Jesus. Believing means our life changes.

We are not saved by good works. We are saved by faith in Jesus.

But true faith shows fruit. Our actions show what we believe.

If someone says, “I believe in Jesus,”
but continues living in sin without repentance,
their life does not match their words.

Obedience comes from love. A changed life shows God’s power.

Significa no obedecer.

Arrepentimiento

Bautismo

Recibir el Espíritu Santo

Vivir obedeciendo a Cristo

La pregunta no es:
“¿Crees que Jesús es real?”

La pregunta es:
“¿Estás viviendo la fe que la Biblia enseña?”

📖 Why I Use Early Christian Quotes (But the Bible Remains the Final Authority)

In this video, I explain why I use early Christian quotes in my teachings. It’s not because they have the final word—the Bible is always the ultimate authority.

The challenge is that many people read the same verse but interpret it differently. And if our interpretation of one scripture contradicts other scriptures, then something is off. That’s why it can be helpful to look at what early Christians said—those who were taught directly by Jesus’ disciples or by the disciples’ students. Their understanding is closer to the original message, and their writings can help us confirm whether our view lines up with Scripture or not.

I encourage all of you: read the Bible for yourself, and then use the early Christian writings as a reference point. Compare what you’ve been taught about belief, repentance, and water baptism with what the earliest followers of Jesus understood.

That’s why I use their quotes—to help verify truth, not replace Scripture.

What did the first Christians—people taught directly by the apostles—believe about water baptism?
Today we look at early Christian teachers who were close to the Apostle John and the other disciples.
These men lived between AD 70–180 and passed on the same message they learned from the apostles.

Here are some of their teachings:

Ignatius of Antioch (student of Apostle John) said:

“Jesus was baptized so that by His suffering He might cleanse the water.”
Modern meaning: Jesus made baptism holy and powerful.

The Shepherd of Hermas (written during the time of the apostles):

“They go down into the water dead and come up alive.”
Modern meaning: Baptism changes us from death to new life.

Irenaeus (student of Polycarp, who was a student of Apostle John):

“We are made clean by the washing of water and the calling on the Lord.”
Modern meaning: God uses baptism to clean us from sin.

These early Christians did not see baptism as symbolic.
They believed it is commanded, important, and part of receiving new life in Christ.

This video is for Deaf and hearing people who want to understand the teachings of the first followers of Jesus.
I share everything in clear, simple English for easy reading with ASL.

✝️ Baptism matters.
It is part of following Jesus, receiving forgiveness, and walking in new life.

Barnabas wasn’t a later theologian — he was an apostolic co-worker of Paul in the Book of Acts.
His writings show us how the earliest Christians understood repentance.

In this short clip, we look at his bold statement:
“We must repent with our whole heart… that we may be saved.”

To the first-century church, repentance wasn’t optional.
It was the beginning of salvation and the first step toward a transformed life.

Let’s go back to what the earliest Christians actually believed.

What did the earliest Christians believe about repentance?
Clement of Rome—who lived during the time of the apostles—said that we must “turn to God with our whole heart.”

Long before traditions or denominations, the first believers taught that repentance wasn’t just saying “sorry.”
It was a full turning of the heart back to God.

Let’s go back to the source and learn from those closest to the apostles. ✝️

What Did the Earliest Christians Say About Faith?
What is faith?
Is it only believing in Jesus with your mind?
Or did the earliest Christians—just 1–2 generations after the apostles—teach something deeper?

Justin Martyr (AD 150), one of the earliest Christian writers, explained that faith is shown through obedience, repentance, and following Jesus’ teachings.

Before denominations.
Before traditions.
Before 2,000 years of interpretations…

Let’s go back to the source and see how the first Christians understood faith that saves.

Repentance isn’t just saying “sorry” — the earliest Christians taught it was the first step of salvation.

In this episode, we go back to the original sources:
• The Didaché (AD 50–90)
• Clement of Rome (taught by the apostles)
• Barnabas (companion of Paul)
• Ignatius & Polycarp (disciples of John)
• Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, and others

Before denominations.
Before traditions.
Before later doctrines.

What did the earliest followers of Jesus teach about repentance?
What did they believe it meant?
And how does their understanding compare with ours today?

Let’s return to the source and rediscover the foundation the apostles left for the church.

👐 Especially for the Deaf community, with ASL clarity and visual explanation.

What did the earliest Christians—those closest to Jesus and the apostles—actually believe about faith?
Was it just mental belief? Or did faith include obedience, repentance, and a transformed life?

Before denominations…
Before traditions…
Before modern interpretations…

Christians in A.D. 30–200 taught that faith must be lived out, not just believed in the mind.
Let’s go back to the source and hear their words for ourselves.

When a message passes through 20, 30, or 60 generations, things can get changed — just like a telephone game.

That’s why it’s important to look at the earliest Christians (A.D. 30–200), the ones taught directly by Jesus’ disciples.

Before traditions. Before denominations.
Just the original, unfiltered faith.

Let’s go back to the source and compare what they said with what we believe today.
