Tie Blanket Service Project 2019 was a success, once again!

Ten tie blankets were made to be given to Rachel's Hope, who support expectant mothers and young families.

Bethlehem Church is grateful for the ministry that Rachel's Hope is doing in our community, and we are blessed to be able to support them throughout the year.

“Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing? When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’ " ~Matthew 25:37-40

Why do we serve? Because we believe that love is best seen through helping those in need.

We are in need of a volunteer to serve as a peer counselor on Wednesday mornings once school begins - all training is provided, and it is a wonderful chance to work with women and children and serve our Lord at the same time. Please prayerfully considering stopping in or calling for more info - it would be a blessing!

Before we send our children back to school, I want to stop and remember those youngest of children still at home with mom and dad - and help mom and dad! Our clients are participating in the Earn While You Learn program, learning right along with their older children - and with your help, we are able to fund this program and provide many of the baby necessities needed within these families.

I have set this fundraiser for two weeks - I know we can reach our goal! You are all amazing, and we are truly blessed to have you all in our circle! God bless you all!

Fundraiser: Back to School!As our children head back to school, I want to remember the mothers and fathers sending them, who may be struggling with the cost of supplies, new clothes, etc. This is an important time of year for us to help these families with some of the needs of the youngest children...
