Sergio A Garcia - President
Sergio is a business and financial services professional with expertise in cross-border U.S.–Mexico business. He holds a degree in Architecture and graduate studies in International Relations, and has experience developing industrial facilities in Mexico and leading domestic and international financial and insurance strategies.
Yohana Saucedo - VP of Municipal Affairs
Yohana Saucedo is an immigration attorney with 20+ years of experience guiding individuals, families, and businesses. She holds a JD and a master’s in international law and volunteers to empower immigrants and women in her community.
Ben Ramirez - Treasurer
Ben manages the Central Texas Foreign Trade Zone, supporting member companies with $250–$500 million in annual exports. He serves as Vice President of the World Affairs Council of Austin and Executive Director of Austin’s Global Trade Center.
Angela Talero - VP of Communications
Angela Talero, Industrial Engineer with experience in Marketing and Communications across the Wellness and Technology industries, Wellness Educator and Business Trainer with over 15 years of experience empowering women entrepreneurs in the wellness industry.
Angela Pack Zia - VP of Corporate Affairs
Angela is a U.S.–Mexico business development expert with 30+ years of experience driving cross-border growth. She has led market entry, supply chain optimization, and government partnerships across industries including semiconductors, software, and water quality.
