We welcome campers of all backgrounds and interests, and work hard to make sure there are ways for each camper to learn, grow and have a great time throughout the entire summer!

Today at Shir Show, we FOUND OUR VILLIAN! 🦹🏻

Supervillain Ellie has built an incredible shrink-ray to take over the world. Our JCamps Assemble heroes found out that Ellie took the batteries from the Sha-Bot to power up her shrink-ray and SHRINK the Sha-Bot himself so she could take him home to celebrate Shabbat!

Luckily, our JCamps superheroes were able to get the batteries BACK to Sha-Bat. Now, the Sha-Bot is up and running, and we can all celebrate Shabbat together! Our heroes truly saved the day.

JCAMPS SUPERVILLIAN SUSPECT #4: The Golem 🪨

Formed from the mud near the camp pavilion, The Golem is now searching for his next home! He’s an ancient mystical being, but was he the one who stole the batteries from the Shabbat Robot?

Today at Shir Show we learned that not only did The Golem run into the Sha-Bot getting sushi 🍣, but they were friends from college! (They both studied rock in school).

That leaves only one supervillain suspect left…

JCAMPS SUPERVILLAIN SUSPECT #3: Autotune Anthony 🎤

A purveyor of stolen orchestral instruments and renown international traveler, was he the one who stole the batteries from the Shabbat Robot?

We found a copy of Autotune Anthony’s plane tickets to London, right when the Sha-Bot’s batteries were stolen! He was too busy trying to steal the entire London Philharmonic Orchestra to steal the batteries!

Shabbat is almost here and we have two supervillains left! Tune in tomorrow as our JCamps superheroes stay on the case!

JCAMPS SUPERVILLAIN SUSPECT #2: The Queen of the Queue 👑

Once a JCamps Counselor obsessed with getting everyone into a perfect line, now she cannot rest until everything has been organized! Was it the Queen who stole the batteries from the Shabbat Robot?

Today at JCamps, our heroes found a patent for the Line-O-Tron 3000, proving that The Queen of the Queue really didn’t need the Sha-Bot’s batteries! Solar power all the way! 🌞

Tomorrow we’ll meet our third (very musical) supervillain suspect - maybe they’re the one with the Sha-Bot’s batteries…? Stay tuned!

JCAMPS SUPERVILLAIN SUSPECT #1: Thomas the Theme Thief 🦹

At JCamps, Thomas is well-known for stealing camp themes. But did he really steal the batteries from the Shabbat Robot?

Today at camp, our JCamps Assemble heroes discovered a receipt that showed that Thomas left a restaurant (without leaving a tip - bad taste, Thomas!) at the SAME TIME the Shabbat Bot’s batteries were stolen. So, it couldn’t have been him!

Stay tuned for tomorrow when we meet our next supervillain suspect and uncover if they’re the culprit!

JCamps - Assemble! 🦸🏻

It's Superhero week here at JCamps, and a supervillain stole the batteries from our beloved Shabbat Robot! 🤖

We're working together as a team to find out who could have done this so we can get the batteries back! Today, we met our five supervillain suspects: Thomas the Theme Thief, The Queen of the Queue, Autotune Anthony, Ellie, and The Golem!

Check back every day this week as we meet each supervillain and learn more about them! By the end of this week, we'll uncover WHO the culprit is so we can bring the Shabbatt Robot back to life in time for Song Session!
