Sunshine Dry Cleaners is seeking an experienced ⭐️ Assistant Plant Manager ⭐️ to help lead daily operations in a high-volume production plant. Serving as the right hand to the Plant Manager, this hands-on leadership role is responsible for opening and closing the facility, supervising and developing production staff, maintaining efficient production flow, monitoring quality standards, minimizing redoes, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, coordinating equipment maintenance, and acting as Manager on Duty in the Plant Manager's absence. Sunshine is looking for a leader who takes ownership, solves problems independently, supports their coworkers, and holds themselves and others to high standards — someone ready to grow with a position that offers significant responsibility and long-term opportunity.
