Mission: Empower at-risk youth and adolescents who are less likely to transition successfully into adulthood and achieve economic self-sufficiency do to adverse home life conditions. At-Risk Youth: Youth can be “at risk” for any of a number of reasons including: homelessness, migrant status, racism, disabilities, giftedness, substance abuse, poverty, divorce, teenage parents, limited English proficiency (LEP), abuse and neglect, etc.
