Former Council Member Mike Martinez launched the Austin Relief Alliance in November 2013 with support from State Representative Eddie Rodriguez and numerous Latino community leaders, including Dolores Ortega-Carter, Travis County Treasurer. Leo Ramirez Jr., CEO, Chairman, and Founder of Encast, Inc., is the organization’s Executive Director. Our fund is administered by the Austin Community Foundation.
