The Kindness Campaign

The Kindness Campaign The Kindness Campaign provides emotional health tools, beginning at age 3. TKC impresses the many benefits of being part of a community of kindness.

TKC is a classroom focused initiative built on the premise that promoting a kinder pattern of behavior in our children will equip them with tools to navigate obstacles at home, at school and eventually in the workplace. TKC’s goal is to arm elementary counselors, teachers and students with engaging resources to promote a kinder tomorrow. Through weekly SEL-based lessons and writing prompts, TKC pr

omotes the phrase “I am enough”. The program guides students through exercises in self-affirmation, identifying emotions and developing empathy.

We’ve spent decades measuring IQ.
But what about emotional intelligence?

Children are often taught how to perform before they’re taught how to process.

How to achieve before how to cope.
How to succeed before how to self-regulate.

At The Kindness Campaign, we believe emotional health is not a “bonus skill.” It’s foundational.

That’s why our programs, classroom resources, counseling support, emotional health tools, and social-emotional learning initiatives are designed to help children build confidence, emotional awareness, resilience, empathy, and healthy communication skills from an early age.

IQ may help open doors.
EQ often shapes what happens after those doors open.

The future needs emotionally healthy children just as much as high-achieving ones.

Do you think schools and communities should prioritize emotional health as much as academics?

A lot of adults are still trying to unlearn the belief that their worth has to be earned.

What if children learned earlier that they were already enough?

That’s part of the reason we created Enoughie’s Magic Mirror 🪞— to give children a simple, tangible way to practice positive self-talk and self-worth from a young age.

And sometimes hearing:
“I am enough.”
“I matter.”
“I deserve kindness too.”

can shape the way they move through school, friendships, challenges, and eventually adulthood.

🪞Our Magic Mirror can be brought right to your school or event. All info on our site in bio.

☁️ What’s something you wish you heard more often as a child?

Kids are carrying more anxiety than ever before.

At The Kindness Campaign, we believe emotional literacy should be taught just like math, reading, and science.

As anxiety and depression rates continue to rise among children and teens, it’s more important than ever to give young people the tools to understand, express, and navigate their emotions in healthy ways.

That’s why our programs focus on helping children:
🫂build emotional awareness
🫂develop healthy coping skills
🫂communicate their feelings
🫂know they are never alone in what they’re experiencing

These aren’t just “soft skills.” They are life skills.

When we teach emotional health early, we help children build resilience, confidence, empathy, and connection that can support them for years to come. 💙
