🌟 May Member Spotlight: Nicole Marines 🌟

IMCAT is proud to highlight Nicole Marines from KIPP Texas Public Schools as our May 2026 Member Spotlight!

With 17 years in education, Nicole has served as a teacher, instructional coach, early literacy lead, and director of curriculum and professional development. Her experience and leadership continue to make a meaningful impact in her district and beyond.

💡 Advice for those new to the role:
“Don’t be afraid to ask questions! Build connections with colleagues in other districts—everyone is so supportive and willing to help.”

🚀 Current focus:
Nicole is helping launch a new warehouse and inventory system, taking on the exciting challenge of building processes and learning along the way.

🌍 Fun fact:
Nicole would love to learn another language—maybe French or Italian—and use it as an opportunity to travel Europe!
