The latest findings from the Nuru Ghana 2025 Impact Brief are in! The 2025 Impact Brief looks at how Nuru Ghana is working with smallholder farmers and farmer organizations to strengthen climate resilience, improve livelihoods, and build farmer-led agricultural systems. The program began with 1,170 registered farmers in 2024 and has since moved from establishing a baseline toward expanding adoption of improved soybean production practices and cooperative-based support.
The brief examines how higher yields can support farmer income, revolving input funds, and eventually stronger, more self-sustaining cooperatives. Looking ahead, Nuru Ghana plans to expand input access, work with 30+ cooperatives and demonstration plots, and grow toward serving 8,000 farmers and 40 cooperatives by 2029. Read more about it!
