We’re looking for passionate volunteers across Austin and Central Texas to help us bring Jefas on the Move 2026: Graduation & Pitch Day to life! 💜

For the past 12 weeks, our founders have been building their businesses, refining their pitches, and stepping into their next level. On July 11th, they’ll take the stage to celebrate everything they’ve accomplished—and we need your help creating an unforgettable experience.

Whether you love event planning, hospitality, registration, social media, photography, logistics, or simply showing up for your community, there’s a place for you on our volunteer team.

With nearly three decades of leadership experience across companies including AstraZeneca, HP, and Everyday Health, Aurora has led billion-dollar business transformations, driven global innovation, and earned recognition including a Cannes Lions Grand Prix, Clio Award, and Top 25 DTC Marketer of the Year.

Beyond corporate leadership, she’s committed to expanding access for women through investing and entrepreneurship. She serves on the boards of The Latina Foundation, The Considered + AI, and Latinas in Beauty, while helping shape the future of women-led innovation.

Austin Latinas Unidas is looking for welcoming spaces to host their monthly Español Sin Barreras gatherings, a community-centered event designed to support English-dominant Latinas navigating bilingual identity connect, practice, learn, and build confidence in a supportive environment. 💕🌎

Our goal is simple: create spaces where women can build community, grow personally and professionally, and feel empowered to show up as their authentic selves.
