BCL of Texas has partnered with the City of Austin to help spread the word about the Neighborhood Partnering Program (NPP)—an opportunity for communities to bring their ideas to life through transportation-related projects and right-of-way improvements.

Veteran & Military Spouse Business Grant Application Deadline Extended!

NEW DEADLINE 10/22/2026

BCL has partnered with Founders First CDC to share the Kenneth B. and Stephen L. Tadlock Veteran Business Grant - a national opportunity supporting U.S. military veterans and military spouses who own employer-based small businesses.

Through one application, businesses can access:
• $25,000 Grant Fund - 25 finalists receive $1,000 each
• Free business and leadership support to grow and scale.
• Funding readiness support and capital connections
