What if you were told you were not one "I," but "many"? Can you lean into that? There are many versions of us that take "our mic" every second and we are just the puppet on the bottom of the Marionette string.

But with Self-Observation, we can begin to notice these "I's" and begin to recognize, that as the Observer observing "the observed," that these are not truly us. And what if we went against their tendencies?
