As Lions "We Serve" so we can give back to the community! Happy to help provide the Jay C. Hormel Nature Center with cameras to grow a love of nature, expand curiosity, and teach new skills to community members!

Big THANK YOU! to Austin Noon Lions and Austin Eagles Lookout Aerie 703 for a generous donation to update our cameras for our Nature Photography classes this summer!
For more than a decade, our Nature Photography program has introduced children to photography while fostering a deeper appreciation for the natural world. Through nature photography, students learn to observe closely, respect wildlife, and develop a lasting appreciation for the outdoors, helping instill a sense of environmental stewardship and conservation.
Providing high-quality tools enhances both learning outcomes and student confidence. When children see success in their work, they are more engaged and motivated to continue exploring photography and the natural world.

Summer Nature Photography Classes:
Kids ages 10-13: June 10-11; 4 - 6 pm
Adult: August 1; 6-8 pm
