First Winter Jam planning meeting is tonight!

We’ll go over how the event traditionally runs,
hear people’s ideas,
and start figuring out what we can work on next.

Whether you want to help with something,
have an idea to share,
or just want to listen, come hang out.

Tonight, October 5, 8-9 PM

If you’ve never helped organize something before, you’re still invited to help plan Texas Winter Jam 19.

You can come listen, ask questions, share an idea, and see what interests you.

If you decide you want to help with a piece, we can start figuring out what that looks like. You don’t have to take responsibility for the entire event.

Everybody has to get their first bit of experience somewhere.

First meeting:
Monday, October 5,
8–9 PM Central

This year, you’re invited to be one of the people putting it together.

If you’ve ever had an idea for Texas Winter Jam, wanted to contribute something, or wondered how these events happen, come be part of the conversation.

You don’t have to already know how to organize anything. We can help each other figure it out.
