Across the U.S. and Canada, Carpenters Union members and supporters are gearing up for a variety of events April 12 – 18 to protest the epidemic of employer tax fraud in the construction industry.

Events are taking place at dozens of locations to demonstrate how construction employer tax fraud hurts us all: workers, law-abiding contractors and taxpayers.

150+ carpenters are needed for an exterior insulated panel installation in the Austin, Texas area. Get paid up to $32.50/hr, depending on experience.

Must have OSHA 10, MEWP, FallProtection, and Scaffold User certifications. Rigging qualifications would be desirable, too.
This project will be ramping up with the first 30 people needed by mid-March. Lots of overtime on this project, and the contractor is projecting 7, 12-hour shifts for several months.
