Most of our baby gift bags are delivered through area hospitals & schools but occasionally we get to meet expecting moms in person!!

This beautiful mom is due in November & we declare & celebrate with her that ..babies are beautiful blessings! 🩷🎵🙏

A new mom from Odessa recently needed basic supplies for her baby boy, as they managed through an operation at Dell's Texas Children's Hospital in Cedar Park. One of our board members went over and heard her story of enduring a long, trying month of waiting.

A feeding tube sufficed for a while; a lower GI tube eventually became necessary.

Hopeful & excited to soon hold her baby, for the first time, she will have to learn to manage the medical details so they can get back home to family, as soon as possible.

The gift bag team at InKind, Inc. is working year 'round for moments just like this. The connections we find in the city of Austin & in the community of new moms, often seem divinely appointed! For decades, we've had the honor of celebrating babies and comforting moms in crisis, in all kinds of circumstances.

Ideas: socks, candy, gift cards, small toys, candles, gift items, children’s books, puzzles, costume jewelry, scarves, gloves, etc..

Dear friends of InKind, Inc.:

The past couple of weeks have been full of so many blessings.

We have sent out close to 30 baby bags into the community. One was for a premie baby in great need, the majority went to the hospitals and one went to our manager at the Sunshine Cube for his very first baby. He has been so kind to us since we moved in.

Wanted to share some pictures and thank several people.

Lisa Hogue Vyvjala

Today, we had to say an emotional but congratulatory goodbye to two of our precious friends from Afghanistan. (Saalem Behnud & Aziz Baig - pictured with Lisa Vyvjala, from InKind) They arrived as refugees in crisis, but have excelled through hard work & the process of everything required & needed to go forward in the US.
We add our sincere thanks to their own, deeply expressed gratitude, for everyone who contributed to their journey! Especially Westover Hills Church - huge thank you!! We send them with blessings & prayers as they move to Virginia for new opportunities & the next chapter of life!
Gentlemen, you will be missed! 💖🙏
