Munch Munch is a veteran-owned business, and serves a variety of sweet and savory gourmet Belgian waffles and other breakfast dishes. Lots of great choices on the menu. Oh, and of course a veteran discount!

We're meeting in the southwest of Austin for our January meeting, at a special location that's new to the chapter. We'll meet at Patriots' Hall in Dripping Springs on January 20th, from 2-5pm. The mission of Patriots' Hall of Dripping Springs is to create a permanent retreat and resource base for Veterans of all ages and military branches to connect and find support.

At this meeting we'll have a special presentation on the history of the Son Tay Raid. This promises to be a can't-miss meeting!

October meeting tomorrow!

For anyone that can make it given the short notice - we're taking advantage of the cooler weather and conducting our October meeting in Cedar Park. We'll meet at The Good Lot where we'll enjoy some good brews, food trucks, live music, and camaraderie.

SF Cruise “S.S. Green Beret”
5-Day Cruise from Tampa, FL in October 2024

Register today for a Green Beret experience like no other. 2,000+ Special Forces Alumni, Gold Star Families, Medal of Honor Recipients, Family, and friends on a 5-day cruise from Tampa, FL.

The SF Regimental flag will be flying from the ship’s mast as we sail through the Bahamas. Sail-away party (w/current top music artist?), venues for ODA/Company/SFAG (A) reunions, opportunities for BN/SFG (A) formal dining events, gatherings of different shared experiences (MFF, Combat Diver, SOTIC, SFARTAETC, Vietnam, OEF, OIF, etc…).

Supporting SF small businesses with vendor tables and events planned at the Ports of Call. This will be a trip to remember, especially if you end up on the daily blotter report!

We will be planning events in Tampa and MacDill AFB before and after the cruise like motorcycle ride, golf tournament, tours on MacDill AFB, etc… Also, you can plan to attend professional sporting events, visiting the Cuban district of Ybor City, Clearwater Beach, Horse Soldier Bourbon, and other SF small businesses.

Early registration will help secure a cabin category of your choice since some categories will sell out quickly. We are also using registration to determine if there is enough interest in a full-charter ship. All registrations prior to June 24, 2023 will be in a drawing for prizes including a 2-cabin category upgrade (or $1,000.00), 1-cabin category upgrade (or $500.00), and other prizes TBD. Hope to see you onboard!
