Our sweet Izzy is HOME! 🐾❤️

Izzy came to our rescue from BARC, where she and Mila ended up after coming from a hoarding situation. Mila got adopted a while back and this weekend, now Izzy boarded transport and began her journey to a family of her own.

Her new home comes with a very different climate from Texas, but she seems to be enjoying the snow! ❄️🐶

Welcome to your new life, sweet Izzy—one filled with love, comfort, and a family to call your own. ❤️

Update:
These babies are safe with our rescue!
Thank you so much to everyone for your support!
We are still looking for a foster🙏🙏

🙏🙏Urgent🙏Foster/Rescue/Pledges are needed🙏🙏 by Monday 1 pm!!
💔Cody and Lady (A2098278 & A2098277)
were abandoned at BARC, a high-kill shelter in Houston. 💔
This bonded pair lost their home and family. All they have now is each other. 😭

Please help us get them to safety together. After their family failed them, let’s make sure they don’t lose each other, too.

🙏 Foster, donate, or share to help save Cody and Lady.

❤️ Winnie and Wolf are safely home! ❤️

Every dog has their own story, and seeing these happy endings—dogs loved, happy, and finally with their families—is what keeps us going.

Winnie came from the streets of Austin. Luckily, someone who cared noticed her and opened her home to foster her. (Thank you so much, Vanessa, for giving Winnie love and care while she was with you! ❤️)

Wolf came from BARC and, for whatever reason, received almost no interest. But it only takes one person—and his person turned out to be such a perfect match! While visiting family in Houston, his adopter had the chance to meet him and absolutely fell in love. A couple of weeks later, Wolf made the journey to Michigan to join her! 🐾

We’re so thankful to both families for opening their hearts and homes to Winnie and Wolf, and to everyone who was part of their journeys. You helped make these happy endings possible!

Two different journeys, two beautiful new beginnings. Happy lives, Winnie and Wolf! ❤️

“Crazy weekend” doesn’t even begin to describe it! 😅

Between getting everyone ready for transport, arranging rides to surgeries, finding rides to meet other transports, and searching for fosters for the dogs we pulled—it’s been one huge logistical challenge. Some pieces are still coming together, but the happiest part has already begun: our dogs are arriving HOME! ❤️

Eight dogs are traveling to their forever homes this week, and seeing those first arrivals makes all the running around worth it.

Please meet Honey, Bear, and Jessie, who arrived home last night! 🏡🐾 We’re so happy for these three, and there are more homecomings to come today and tomorrow!

Thank you to our fosters, transporters, adopters, and everyone supporting these dogs. You help make these happy beginnings possible. ❤️

Houston, TX

🐾 SALLY- SAFE WITH US—NOW WE NEED YOUR HELP! ❤️

We saved this sweet dog from the shelter. Now we need a temporary foster to give her a quiet place to rest, decompress, and start their next chapter.

Can you open your home for a little while? If you can’t foster, a donation toward veterinary care, food, and boarding will help us keep her safe while we are looking for forever home.

❤️ Foster. Donate. Share. Every bit of help matters.

Please message us if you can foster, and donate here or below.

Thank you for helping us turn a shelter rescue into a new beginning. 🐾

❤️Waylon, Luke Allen, Sasha, Toby and Lucy❤️

Adopter updates are such a beautiful reminder of why we keep going. Seeing these dogs happy, loved, and enjoying life in their forever homes means so much to us. 🐾

They came to us from different shelters and the streets, each with their own story. From Lucy, who came into our rescue three years ago, to Waylon, the most recent of this group, they’ve all found families to call their own.

Thank you to their adopters for giving them happy forever homes and sharing these precious updates. Seeing them so happy keeps us going and gives us hope for the dogs still waiting for their turn. ❤️
