Austin Iranian Professionals Association - AustinIPA Austin Iranian Professionals Association (AustinIPA) is a cultural nonprofit organization and does not affiliate with any political or religious groups.

Mission
1) Preserving and following the Iranian culture and tradition
2) Creating a lasting bond between the AIPA and other organizations who are taking the same course to maintain their tradition , art and language.
3) Assisting Iranian by providing help in areas of job hunting, school, scholarship , financial.
4) Establishing Persian ( FARSI) classes in language, literature and art.
5) Encouragi

ng Iranian students to continue their higher education through advising.
6) Celebrating Iranian national holidays.
7) Supporting other organizations with similar goals and purposes.
8) Providing better understanding and cooperation between Iranian living in Austin and surrounding. Cause & Vision
AIPA aspires to be leading in developing programs such as
1) Providing a space and forum for regular meetings and gatherings where Iranian-American individuals and organizations in Austin and Surrounding communities can voice their ideas and concerns.

2) Providing a space and hosting events and programs designed to promote understanding of Iranian culture, traditions and heritage.

🎉 Tirgan Festival 2026 – AIPA’s First Summer Festival Tirganof the Year! 🎉

Join us on June 20, 2026, at the Asian American Resource Center for a day filled with Persian culture, music, food, family fun, and community celebration!

💦 Kids & Water Activities
Tirgan is a festival centered around water, joy, and friendship. We will have exciting water games and activities for children in the outdoor area. Parents are encouraged to bring an extra set of clothes for their kids.

🎵 Live Entertainment
Enjoy music and entertainment throughout the day with DJ Sepehr and Farbod on the main stage, along with storytelling and cultural presentations about the history and traditions of Tirgan.

🍢 Delicious Persian Food
Come hungry! Enjoy a variety of authentic Persian foods, including kabobs and chicken kabobs from Rad Nan, as well as additional hot Persian dishes available from the Asian American Resource Center kitchen.

🍰 Desserts & Refreshments
Treat yourself to Persian sweets, cakes, tea, traditional sharbat, and Sholeh Zard, one of the signature foods of Tirgan for purches

🎟️ Free Admission
The festival is free and open to everyone! Bring your family, friends, neighbors, and non-Iranian guests to experience and learn about Persian culture and traditions.
