Yoaly Santana Ochoa (24 years old) is a bilingual, soon-to-be second year apprentice with her solar installer qualification. She works three jobs, takes classes at Austin Community College and takes care of her mom, who she is very close with. She is accustomed to working in harsh conditions from her 2.5-year landscaping job. She studied HVAC maintenance and tried to work in construction but was denied because she is a female. With her three jobs she finally saved enough money to get her first car on her own. Yoaly values multitasking and being comprehensive.
