Zilker 351 Zilker 351 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to stewarding Zilker Metropolitan Park.

Zilker 351 is a nonprofit organization of community leaders who support the park and the Zilker organizations that provide programs, events, amenities and summer camps for kids without the barrier of cost. The mission of Zilker 351 is “to honor, preserve and enhance the natural, cultural, and recreational treasures of 351-acres Zilker Metropolitan Park for all.”

Austin lost a beloved community member today. Malin the troll was a most delightful bit of joy in Pease Park — a loving reminder to share and to recycle. Although she was part of the artist’s dream to have a troll in every state, she was a one-of-a-kind work of art conceptualized and built just for her forever home in Pease Park. Austin was lucky to have her while we did. Our hearts go out to our friends at Pease Park Conservancy and to everyone who loved her.

The Austin Fire Department is actively looking for any information and tips the public may have about the fire that destroyed Malin.
