The Second Annual Rivalry Relay is coming!

On December 5, teams of runners will cover 130+ miles from College Station to Austin, turning one of Texas’ greatest rivalries into real support for military families.

Last year, the Longhorns took the fundraising win. This year, A&M is looking for redemption. Every dollar raised goes directly toward financial assistance, education scholarships, and legacy preservation for the families of our fallen heroes.

Here’s how you can be part of it:

Pick a side and donate to support your team. Explore sponsorship opportunities. Or volunteer your time and resources on race weekend.

Runner registration details are coming soon, so stay tuned and keep following for updates!

Additionally, we will be designing memorial gear with 100% of the profits being granted to the Gold Star family involved.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the following organizations who will dedicate their time and efforts to support the family and unit:

Thank you for your support to this hero and our community.

The Blue Skies Foundation is proud to share our 2025 Annual Report.

Last year, we delivered $143K in financial support to Gold Star Families, invested $59K in the Education Fund for our children, and sent 1,152 patches and bracelets to families and units across the Army Aviation community.

Memorial Day.

There are families for whom today isn’t a holiday; it’s another day of missing someone who isn’t coming back. We don’t want to gloss over that.

The Blue Skies Foundation exists because their sacrifice doesn’t end at the grave. It lives on in the people left behind, still carrying it, still building a life around something that can’t be replaced.

Today we honor them.

Not just with words, but with our presence and our commitment to showing up long after the flags are put away.

Remember to say their names. Hold a quiet moment of thanks for their sacrifice. And hold our Gold Star Families a little closer this weekend.

Mothers are the quiet force behind everything that matters.

Today we celebrate every one of them, and hold especially close our Gold Star mothers, who bear the profound honor and heartache of loving a hero while raising a family on their own. Your courage inspires everything we do.

Happy Mother’s Day from the Blue Skies family!

May is National Military Appreciation Month, and we at the Blue Skis Foundation want to take a moment to say thank you — not just as an organization, but as people who have seen firsthand the sacrifice, dedication, and heart that our service members and their families carry every single day.

To every veteran, active duty member, military family, and Gold Star family in our community: we see you, we honor you, and we are grateful for you.

The sacrifice of those we have lost is never forgotten, and neither is the strength of the families who carry that loss forward.

This month, and every month.
