Since the Pandemic of 2020, valid and reliable research indicates that executive leadership is in a tailspin trying to navigate their members who work from home, the office, or a combination of both. As such, organizational culture is in freefall. There are solutions!
Andrew reached a point in his career where all the pieces came together. It became clear that every time he was hired by an organization, it involved developing and growing that organization by focusing on its culture.
He studied organizational culture and communication resulting in PhD. In the wake of a global pandemic, he meets the challenge of how people work and function today.
Married to Renee with 3 adult children, published 4 books, travels to universities in the US and UK, and he has been ordained as a priest since 1997 in the US and UK.
