A new breed of activists wants Texas to tame costs by building more housing. But longstanding opposition to such policies remains strong.

Transit Forward and UT Austin students held a rally on campus in support of affordable housing and to educate students on the future of transportation in the city.

Project 2025 targets the Fed transit funds Austin needs to build light rail & hurts more bus opportunities.

Transit in Central TX shouldn't be political. It is a math problem. In our growing community, we need more options for people to get around.

Baked into Project 2025's federal restructuring proposals are ideologies on how to revamp the U.S. Department of Transportation — with proposed policies that could impact communities across the United States, including in Austin.

A better bus, train, & housing network makes for a more affordable community for all.

Edmunds.com reported that the average amount owed on upside-down loans climbed to an all-time high of $6,458 during the third quarter.

Project Connect was rightfully voted on by Austinites, & efforts by those that failed at the ballot box to kill it with legal shennanigans should fail.

We're very happy with this verdict & look forward to continue our support for the people of Austin.

The 15th Court of Appeals dismissed an appeal from the Office of the Attorney General that challenged the funding structure behind the Project Connect mass transit system.

Climate Change makes more intense weather.

Ex 1: Hurricane Milton growing faster than anything expected.

Ex 2: Central TX Fall drought through what is "normally" one of our wettest seasons.
