We know budgets are stretched. Life is a lot right now.

So we made it simple: 50% off summer theater camp. $250 for two full weeks — 9 to 3, Monday through Friday. Starts June 1st.

Because every kid deserves a stage.

Let them find their voice. Let them make new friends. Let them be the main character for once.

Culminates in a full performance on June 12.

Crown Theatre’s Summer Theatre Camp is back, and this year we’re going intergalactic with SQUADYSSEY: A Sci-Fi Pop Battle Adventure — an original script written by a local playwright, just for YOUR kid to perform.
Think: Guardians of the Galaxy meets K-Pop meets Homer’s Odyssey. Yeah. It’s THAT cool.

Here’s the best part — we know times are tough. So we cut the price in HALF.
$250 covers EVERYTHING — tuition + aftercare. That’s it. No hidden fees. No surprises.

Kate Meehan is a director, producer and performer who currently serves as the Artistic Director for La Fenice, an award winning Austin-based physical theatre company. She holds an MA in Theatre History and Criticism from Texas State University, and has trained in physical theatre with instructors from around the globe, including Giangiacomo Colli, Carlo Boso, Massimo Machiaveli and Antonio Fava. Kate believes the most powerful medicine is singing and moving our bodies joyfully in community, and this project is deliberately crafted as a balm. Kate has performed in several shows with Crown Theatre and this is her first time directing with us. Our gratitude for this BADDIE has no bounds.
