It’s with heavy hearts that we share how saddened we are by the closing of Ruby’s Pantry. 💔
Serving our community through this ministry has been such a blessing. Every distribution day, every smile, every conversation—those moments meant so much to us. It has been an honor to walk alongside so many incredible families and individuals over the years.
We will deeply miss all of our attendees and volunteers and the relationships that were built along the way. Thank you for allowing us to serve you, support you, and be a small part of your lives.
We are grateful for the impact Ruby’s Pantry has had on our community and for the opportunity we had to be involved in something so meaningful. ❤️

For those that purchased a share in February we missed a food label for the unlabeled block of cheese.

Here is some information as well a the food label: Imo's Provel cheese is a processed, "St. Louis-style" blend of cheddar, Swiss, and provolone cheeses, known for its low melting point, creamy texture, and slightly smoky flavor. It is the signature, sticky topping for Imo's thin-crust pizza, often described as tangy and rich.
Flavor Profile: A mild, smoky, and creamy taste that melts to perfection, often compared to a savory, buttery cheese sauce.
Composition: A mixture of cheddar, swiss, and provolone designed to melt easily.
Uses: It is the staple on Imo's pizza, but also used on salads, toasted ravioli, and garlic bread.

Join Us for Ruby's Pantry in Austin, MN on Thursday, February 19, 2026

A reminder to join us for the Austin, MN Ruby's Pantry which will be held Thursday, February 19, 2026 at the Mower County Fairgrounds starting at 4:00.

Join us and extend your monthly grocery budget! For a $25 per bundle cash donation the day of the distribution, you will receive an abundance of groceries. Ruby's Pantry is for ANYONE that eats and is looking to extend their monthly grocery budget. There is no income or residency requirements and everyone is welcome to attend. Please make sure you have cleaned out your trunk and have room for your food bundle(s). You do not need to register ahead of time and we can handle your $25 cash per bundle donation at the site the day of the distribution.

Mower County Fairgrounds is located at 700 12th Street Southwest, Austin - ENTER THROUGH 4TH AVE GATE!
