We, the employees of Integral Care are joining together to form a union to ensure sustainable and realistic working conditions for all staff members, which will empower us to deliver quality mental health and IDD care to the Austin-Travis County community We have the right to transparency from management and a seat at the table when it comes to decisions being made regarding compensation, benefits

, workflow, safety, and operating procedures. When all staff members have an equal voice, we enrich our agency with a diversity of perspectives, knowledge, and skill sets that will foster a rewarding work culture, reduce worker turnover, and increase the quality of care we provide. If you are an Integral Care employee and you support our mission, sign an authorization card. Signing the authorization card means that you want to have union representation at Integral Care through CWA. We are asking Integral Care management to sign a neutrality agreement with us in which they will agree to recognize the unionization of any program or department that has a majority of eligible staff who have signed an authorization card.
