Empowering through culinary skills! 🍳 Excited to spotlight the Salt Kitchen program at Jail to Jobs, where youth find a path to success through a 3 month cooking program. They go through 36 lessons where the youth gain knowledge on basics like using knives and cuts of meat, all the way to getting exposure to catering. It's all about building confidence for them to be able to land a self-sustaining job once they graduate!
