Dear Dealers of Hope USA Team,

We are reaching out regarding a serious matter involving a former member of the Dealers of Hope USA team.

It has come to our attention that criminal charges have been filed against Roger Crews involving allegations of sexually inappropriate communications related to a minor. These allegations are extremely serious and deeply troubling.

Effective immediately, Roger Crews is no longer affiliated with Dealers of Hope USA in any capacity. He does not represent our organization, hold any leadership or volunteer role within our organization, or have authority to act on behalf of Dealers of Hope USA.

The safety of the children, families, volunteers, team members, donors, and communities we serve is our highest priority. Allegations involving the exploitation of children stand in direct opposition to the values upon which this organization was founded and the standards we expect from anyone associated with our mission.

We also recognize that this news may be particularly difficult for survivors of sexual abuse, sexual assault, exploitation, grooming, or other forms of trauma. Please know that your feelings are valid. We encourage anyone who may be affected by this information to seek support from trusted friends, family members, counselors, faith leaders, or other resources that help you feel safe and supported.

At this time, we have no information indicating that any individual connected to Dealers of Hope USA was harmed through their involvement with our organization. However, if anyone has concerns, information they believe should be shared, or simply wishes to speak with leadership privately, we encourage you to contact a member of the Board of Directors directly.

We understand that many people may have questions and strong emotions regarding this situation. While the legal process must be allowed to proceed through the appropriate authorities, we want to be clear that we take allegations involving the safety and wellbeing of children extremely seriously.

As an organization, we remain committed to creating environments that are safe, respectful, and protective of the vulnerable individuals and communities we serve. Our mission continues, and our commitment to integrity, accountability, and safeguarding remains unwavering.

We’re honored to welcome Angela Moscati as the new Director of Marketing for Dealers of Hope USA.

Angela brings more than marketing leadership to this role—she brings heart, resilience, and a deep belief in the power of showing up for others.

Professionally, Angela serves as Marketing Communications Manager at INFORM North America. Beyond her career, she is an athlete, an encourager, and someone who leads with purpose and connection.

When asked why she chose Dealers of Hope USA, her answer reminded us exactly why this work matters:

Mother’s Day can hold many emotions.

For some, it’s joyful.
For some, it’s painful.
For some, it’s complicated.

Today, we also want to acknowledge the mothers who are carrying invisible battles while still showing up for the people they love.

The mothers navigating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, exhaustion, illness, caregiving, or simply the overwhelming weight of trying to hold everything together.

At Dealers of Hope USA, we believe strength is not the absence of struggle.

Sometimes strength looks like surviving another day.
Sometimes it looks like asking for help.
Sometimes it looks like continuing to love others while learning how to care for yourself too.

To every mother carrying seen and unseen burdens:

We see you.
We honor you.
And you do not have to carry it all alone.

Well good morning everyone!

This weekend may not be as busy as the last two but we’ve got something really special happening that we’ll mention but first we mention that we have a small team out in Austin Texas taking on the Spartan DEKA!
Now, not to take away from the team in Austin but we have a crew down in Orlando Fla taking part in a very special obstacle event at the Orlando VA hospital. The NVSSC-“National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic.” Along side three other amazing organizations- “Heroes Will Rise”, “OM” and “Blufor” we have the opportunity to help introduce some VA athletes from across the US to obstacle course racing! But more importantly we are getting them outside and giving them something fun to do! And we are giving them purpose, exercise and Hope!
It’s going be fantastic!

Let’s send up prayers, well wishes and some good ole positive vibes to all who are out there doing amazing things this wknd!!

Today we celebrate PJ.

Our lead moderator inside Hope Dealers Connect.
One of the toughest adaptive athletes on our team. And someone who doesn’t just talk about resilience… he lives it.

PJ shows up. Consistently. Authentically. Powerfully.
Whether he’s pushing through obstacles on the course or holding space for others in the community, he leads by example every single time.

He reminds us what’s possible when you stop negotiating with your limits and start building a mindset that refuses to quit.

We’re grateful for the heart, strength, and leadership you bring to this mission.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

But for many people…mental health isn’t something they “become aware of” once a year.

It’s something they live with. Every day. Quietly.

It’s the thoughts that don’t stop. The weight you carry that no one else can see. The moments where everything looks fine on the outside…but inside, you’re just trying to get through the next hour.

At Dealers of Hope USA, we’ve learned something powerful: Healing doesn’t always happen in quiet spaces.

Sometimes…It happens in motion.

On a mountain. On a course. In the middle of something that pushes you to your edge.

We bring people together who are carrying things most others don’t understand.

People in wheelchairs. People living with invisible scars. People who have faced trauma, addiction, loss, depression… and kept going.

Not because it’s easy. But because they’re not willing to give up.

This community was built on one belief: That what you’re going through does not define what you’re capable of.

This month, we’re not just raising awareness. We’re standing with those who are still in the fight. We’re creating space for real conversations. And we’re continuing to prove—together—

That hope is stronger than the thoughts trying to convince you otherwise.

If you’re struggling right now…You’re not alone.

And you don’t have to carry it by yourself.
