🌬️Box breathing can be a great technique to use when you are feeling stressed.

The goal is to return breathing to its normal rhythm with intentional breathwork.

All it takes is 4 basic steps, each lasting 4 seconds.

Why: Forging Youth Resilience (FYR) Denver Charity Event

This event will feature a 5K or 10K row (you choose) with CrossFit inspiration. Build a 5 person team, or show up, and we will add you to a team. No experience is required to participate. There will be prizes for the fastest team :) Sign up now, so we can make sure we have enough rowers.
