YEP is about to kick off for the year but before we do, the Hamilton Community Foundation just opened up their Quarter 4 Grant! Apply today!! The YEP grant will be opening up on November 10th! Save the Date!

We are pleased to announce that the HCF Quarter 4 grant is open for applications. This grant opportunity is designed to support the vital work of nonprofit organizations serving our community.

We just want to take a moment and give a big shoutout and thank you to the Youth Engaged in Philanthropy program out of the Hamilton Community Foundation! Thank you for your grant dollars that made it possible for us to purchase 40 new volleylites for our youth!!

2025 - 2026 Junior & Senior Capstone 💫

Yesterday we got to celebrate our Junior & Senior YEP students and all they have accomplished this past year!! Congratulations to a great year!

Big thank you to our mentors for all the time and effort they put into this program! We couldn’t do this without you!

Our seniors raised over $19,000 and the juniors were able to award 6 grants this year! Congratulations to all of our grant recipients!
