In Loving Memory of José Antonio “Tony” Galvez (1988–2026)
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our founder and beloved leader, Tony Galvez. Tony dedicated his life to a mission larger than himself: empowering children with disabilities, supporting their families, and creating a world where every child is valued, seen, and celebrated.
Despite facing profound challenges of his own, Tony refused to let limitations define him. Instead, he transformed his experiences into hope, compassion, and action. Through the S.A.N. Antonio Foundation, he built a community that lifted children up, offered resources to families, and inspired countless volunteers and supporters to join him in his mission.
Tony’s life was a testament to courage, kindness, and the power of one person to make a lasting difference. Every life he touched carries forward his vision, his love, and his unwavering belief in the potential of every child.
The world feels a little less bright without him here. But heaven must be a beautiful place now, because Tony is there. And for those of us who loved him, it brings comfort knowing that one day we will see his smile again.
Your light will never fade, Tony. Your mission lives on in the hearts of everyone you inspired.
