James G. Leslie For West Aurora School District 129 Board Member James Leslie, is a candidate seeking the office of Board Member of the West Aurora School District 129. James is a 15-year veteran of the fire service.

James Leslie is a resident of Aurora, Illinois and has lived in this area most of his life. He has become deeply rooted in the area and his community and chose a career to help give back and serve the people who live in it. His time serving the public has given him some of the most rewarding and memorable experiences of his life.

James Leslie has been a dedicated husband to his wife Jessa for 16 years and father to his 3 children Emma, Matthew, and Allison. He has also been serving the public as a career firefighter/paramedic for over 15 years. The experiences of all three have given James a very direct and personal view of the dreams, needs, and struggles of everyday Illinois residents. His dedication to his family and his profession have led him to now seek the position of the State representative of the 50th district of Illinois which covers parts of Kane, and Kendall Counties.
