The Back to School Community Outreach Program is a program that donates school supplies to children that come from families that cannot afford them. Oftentimes, kids that come from marginalized communities cannot excel to their full potential because they do not have access to the materials that are necessary for them to do well. Every kid deserves a chance to perform their best in school, so that they are able to achieve their goals. In order to break the cycle of poverty in these communities, these kids need to be given the opportunity to have a better life than their parents, and it starts when they are young. The fact of the matter is having school supplies means a greater chance for success for these kids.
