Kudos to our PWB members Cheryl Lee and Patti Lamb Peltier who attended the Indy Women Build It Conference! It was an incredible, well-attended event filled with inspiring speakers, valuable breakout sessions, and great opportunities to learn, connect, and grow alongside other women in our industry.

We love seeing our members continuing to invest in their professional growth, build meaningful connections, and represent Professional Women in Building! 💪🏠✨ Northern Illinois Home Builders Association CL Design-Build, Inc. Peltier Designs - Naperville National Association of Home Builders

PWB had an incredible afternoon at our Work-Life Balance Workshop led by the amazing Amy Kemp. We had meaningful conversations around the importance of setting boundaries, protecting your time, and creating balance both professionally and personally.

The room was filled with great discussion, thoughtful questions, and so much engagement from everyone who attended. It was inspiring to see so many women come together to learn, connect, and share experiences.

A huge thank you to Amy Kemp for such an insightful and impactful presentation, and thank you to Heritage Cabinetry & Design for sponsoring this wonderful event and supporting the PWB Council. We appreciate everyone who joined us and helped make this event such a success!

Last Wednesday, PWB hosted a Blueprint Reading at Walk Your Plans Chicagoland led by Cheryl Lee. It was a great event and a valuable learning experience for everyone who attended. We also enjoyed a great lunch while connecting with fellow members. Attendees walked away with new knowledge and a better understanding of how to read and interpret blueprints.
