Ty is a 1-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Shepherd mix, and let me tell you, this little guy is SO SMALL. I literally cried when I met him.

This sweet boy is looking for a forever home where he can settle in, soak up the love, and be someone’s very best friend. He’s currently recovering from kennel cough and could use a little extra TLC while he gets back to feeling like himself.

Ty would do best in a home without cats.

We posted a DOODLE TERRIER PUPPY and y’all gave him 30 likes.

THIRTY. LIKES.

And do you know how many comments he got from doting fans? ZERO.

How many applications? ALSO ZERO.

We have questions.

Have we somehow reached a point where a scruffy little Doodle Terrier puppy is no longer exciting news? Are we all so desensitized to adorable puppies that we can scroll past a FIVE-MONTH-OLD SCRUFFY LITTLE GUY with the face of a retired accountant and the energy of a toddler who just discovered espresso?!

BECAUSE WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT PERCY.

Alright, y’all. It’s time to talk about Sapphire.

Sapphire has been in rescue for **THREE YEARS.**

You heard that right. Three. Whole. Years.

At this point, we can only assume she’s in witness protection. Maybe she testified against an international tennis ball smuggling ring. Maybe she knows too much about Big Squeaky Toy. We can neither confirm nor deny these allegations.

But here’s what we CAN tell you.

Sapphire came into rescue as a sick little black Pit Bull puppy. Now she’s a full-grown, 3-year-old black Pit Bull who has spent basically her ENTIRE LIFE waiting for someone to take her home.

Three years of growing up. Three years of waiting. Three years of us wondering how this girl is STILL HERE.

And yes, we need to address the elephant in the room: Sapphire needs to be the ONLY pet in her home.

Add in the fact that she’s a black Pit Bull, and, well… the odds haven't exactly been stacked in her favor.

But Sapphire is NOT a list of reasons to scroll past her.

She’s a ridiculously fun, affectionate, toy-obsessed, water-loving, fetch-playing, 60-pound cuddle bug!

Fetch? Absolutely. Water? Get her in there. Toys? She’d like to speak with whoever is responsible for the current inventory because it is simply not enough.

And when she’s done being a professional athlete, she’s happy to clock in for her second career as a full-contact couch snuggler.

She’s potty trained, kennel trained, and walks nicely on a leash. She’s ready for someone to give her the love, structure, and adventures she deserves.

Her wishlist is simple:

🏡 A home where she’s the only pet.
🔒 A secure 6-foot fence.
❤️ Someone who understands that being the right dog for SOMEONE matters more than being the right dog for EVERYONE.

Three years ago, she was a sick puppy who needed saving. Today, she’s an incredible adult dog who has spent her entire life waiting for someone to choose her.

We can’t give her those three years back.

But we can stop making her wait for a fourth.

Sapphire doesn’t need a hundred people to choose her. She needs ONE.

One person with no other pets, a little room on the couch, and a heart big enough to see past the labels and discover that this overlooked girl could be their entire world.

FOSTER NEEDED! Starting in 2 weeks!

Imagine being less than a year old and already having to survive on the streets, not knowing where your next meal will come from or where you’ll sleep tonight. 💔

That’s the reality for this sweet boy. He’s just a baby himself, believed to be a hound/Great Dane mix, and he desperately needs someone to give him a chance at the life every dog deserves.

76 pounds of love, one distinguished gray muzzle, and a heart that’s still young. Meet Gus!

Gus is a seasoned gentleman who believes life’s greatest pleasures are pretty simple: a good neighborhood stroll, a cozy spot by your feet, and greeting his favorite people with a toy in his mouth and a wiggle in his step.

At his age, Gus has mastered the art of going with the flow. He’s still curious about the world, loves his people, and does wonderfully with kids. His one request? No other pets, please. This big guy is ready to be the one and only furry VIP in your life.

Gus may be a senior, but he’s got plenty of love left to give. He’s looking for someone who will appreciate the beauty of the slower moments, the joy of a loyal companion, and the magic of giving an old dog a place to call home.

The best chapters aren’t always the first ones. Sometimes, they’re the ones where an old dog finally gets his happy ending.

Meet Natalie, the perfect mix of adventure buddy and professional couch potato! She’s curious, confident, and absolutely convinced she needs to be involved in EVERYTHING. Hear a strange noise? She’s on the case. Grab a chew toy? She’s ready to party. Sit on the couch? She’s already claimed her spot, preferably in the goofiest position imaginable.

Natalie is a quick learner who’s settling into foster life like she’s lived there forever. She’s playful, loving, full of personality, and never one to shy away from being the center of attention.

Meet Dizzy, a 12-week-old Corgi mix with short legs, a big personality, and absolutely no plans to stay out of your business.

This little low rider is equal parts cuddle bug, professional napper, and tiny chaos coordinator. He loves people (kids included!), gets along with other dogs, and is always down for a play session followed by approximately 37 naps. Growing is hard work when your legs are this short.

Dizzy is already learning the ropes! He knows when it’s time to head to his kennel for bedtime or when his humans leave for the day, and his recall is coming along nicely. Potty training is still a work in progress, so his future family will need to keep up with frequent trips outside.

He’s also learning that finding a toy doesn’t automatically make him its legal owner, so his family will need to continue working on trading and sharing with positive reinforcement.

His foster family says he’s a favorite in their house, and we suspect those tiny legs and big-dog confidence have something to do with it.

Meet Percy! 🐾

Percy might be a Jack Russell/Doodle mix, and honestly, that combination explains a lot. Someone took the full-throttle energy of a Jack Russell, added a little Doodle enthusiasm, and created a 5-month-old puppy who looks like he’s Benjamin Button-ing his way through life. He has the face of a scruffy old man and the energy of a puppy who has places to be and absolutely no time to waste.

Percy runs everywhere. He gets the zoomies at least three times a day, loves to play fetch, and thinks playing with his dog friends is basically the best idea anyone has ever had. He’s a busy little guy, always ready for the next game, adventure, or opportunity to see what everyone else is doing.

He’s also extremely people-oriented. Percy likes to be close to his person and would prefer that you never, ever close a door between you. His foster walks into another room? Excuse me, where are you going? Percy would like to come too.

When the puppy motor finally runs out of gas, though, Percy turns into a total cuddlebug. He loves sleeping next to his person and is surprisingly good at settling in for the night once he’s ready to call it a day.

Percy is working on his puppy manners and potty training. He does well going outside when his person takes him out and stays with him, and he’s also using potty pads. He’s working on his sit, although remaining stationary is still a bit of a work in progress. 😂 He has, however, figured out that treats are more easily acquired when all four paws stay on the floor.

He does great playing with other dogs and would love a home that appreciates a playful, energetic puppy. He’s also likely to think kids are fantastic, although like many puppies, he can get a little mouthy when he’s excited, so he’ll need continued guidance with his puppy manners.

Percy is a hilarious, sweet, scruffy little character with a LOT of personality packed into one very small dog. If you’re looking for a puppy who will keep you laughing, keep you moving, and eventually collapse beside you when his internal motor finally says “battery depleted,” Percy might be your guy. ❤️
