***coDay is tomorrow May 31st and did you know Big To***co continues to target our youth — just with new products. Flavored v**es, ni****ne pouches, and flashy marketing are designed to make addiction look appealing to youth and the product taste like candy, fruit, desserts, or popular beverages rather than to***co.

According to the WHO, these tactics are fueling ni****ne addiction among children and teens worldwide. CBHC stands committed to exposing the truth and protecting the next generation from to***co and ni****ne addiction.

Let’s unmask the appeal and fight back together. ✊🏾

Hey family! We know quitting smoking, especially right now, can be super stressful—but support is available. On this CBHC wants you to tap into a resource called Emotional Brain Training (EBT). EBT is a science-based approach designed to help reduce stress chemicals that can trigger the urge to smoke.

CBHC’s Tackling Menthol resources include information on Spiral Up Lite, a FREE mobile app that offers rapid-acting EBT tools to support smoking cessation and emotional wellness.

Share this resource with a friend or take the next step toward a healthier you:

In the spirit of collaboration, the CBHC TMBC Project Team partnered with seven Black youth-focused organizations to plan and host a To***co-Nicotine Youth Summit.

No Menthol Sunday is coming up on May 17, and the fight for to***co-free lives is more urgent than ever. What is your faith community doing to get involved?

The FDA’s recent authorization of additional flavored v**e products, including mango, blueberry, Classic Menthol, and Fresh Menthol pods from Glas, Inc., is a troubling shift as youth ni****ne addiction remains a crisis and Black communities continue to face disproportionate to***co-related harm.

CBHC stands in solidarity with the African American To***co Control Leadership Council (AATCLC) and all partners working to protect our youth and communities.

This is a public health issue — and a social justice issue.

NPR's Leila Fadel asks Mitch Zeller, former director of the FDA's Center for To***co Products, about the agency's approval of fruit-flavored electronic ci******es.

We are the movement. This No Menthol Sunday, May 17, 2026, we’re standing together for healthier, to***co-free lives and stronger communities. Everything we need to save our communities is right here — our voices, our families, our faith communities, our culture, and our collective power.

Menthol has targeted and harmed Black communities for generations. Now, we choose healing. We choose action. We choose freedom. We will never give up!

Deciding it's time to quit smoking is a big step, and what you eat can support the journey. Try not to skip meals. Eating regular meals and choosing lower-fat, balanced foods may help your body better manage blood sugar changes that can happen after quitting. Remember that small, steady choices can make a big difference. ****ne

Did you know that in Colorado, about 1 in 5 high school students report using e-ci******es—and most of those devices end up in the trash or on the ground. With little to no recycling options, v**es create toxic e-waste, and their lithium batteries can even cause fires. When littered, they can leak harmful chemicals into the environment and our communities.

Quitting va**ng isn’t just good for your health—it’s good for the planet we all live on. 🌍
