Hello NM community!

Did you know that the North Marion All Schools Auction is the single biggest fundraiser for our schools? One hundred percent of the profits from the auction go right back into our district! ALL students, ALL schools, and ALL programs benefit from the funds raised by this annual event!

The North Marion All Schools Auction is a completely volunteer-run organization. It is composed of a seven-member voting board supported by a committee working tirelessly together to ensure the success of our mission. We are SO PROUD of what we have accomplished together.

But … we are tired. Our kids are grown and most of them have graduated. It is time to pass the reins. The entire board is ready to resign. We need YOU! We need a fresh, new board to come take over and make the auction your own. We are ready to help with the transition. We will share what we know, what we have done, and tips and tricks to ensure the successful continuation of this amazing organization.

We need you NOW. We are done. We need folks to step up today or we will be forced to fold the auction and close our accounts. PLEASE! Reach out today! Email us at [email protected].

Ever wanted to launch a dory off the beach in Pacific City? Here’s your chance to do it for less! This package is valued at $600, but the top bid is only $270 so far! (https://nms2022.ggo.bid/)

The boat lands right off the beach, so prepare for a wild ride! This excursion offers a four-hour guided fishing excursion for three people and includes a homemade picnic lunch! You’ll spend the day on the ocean in Pacific City fishing with Captain Jake Farrens.

The recipient of this package must call and reserve their day on the water in advance. Your guide will have everything set up for you on the boat. Jake will also be able to recommend clothing and other items you need to bring depending on the season.

Dear North Marion All-Schools Auction Supporters:

The link is LIVE!!! Simply follow the link (and share it with your friends and family!) to register and participate: https://nms2022.ggo.bid. Remember, 100% of proceeds support our schools, and this is the biggest fundraiser of the year. Plus, we really need your help this year!

The silent auction opens at noon on Tuesday, April 5 and will run for one week, closing at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 12.

But, we have something new this year — you're going to have to pay attention, some of our packages will close ***earlier than April 12***!

Each package will be clearly marked with its closing date, but it is up to you to make sure that you have the winning bid at closing! You will be notified if you are outbid on any package — and, of course, if you are the winner!

Winners need to pick up their items at Mother Hubbard's Cupboard (11712 Broadacres Road, Hubbard) from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 16.

Any package that contains alcohol MUST be picked up by someone who is 21 years or older, and that person must have their ID! If you are unable to make it on April 16, please let us know by email ([email protected]) BEFORE pick up, so we can arrange an alternate plan.

Thank you so much for all of your continued support of our mission to help our schools! This is THE 15th Annual North Marion All-Schools Auction, and we are so proud that we are still able to offer this event and fund our many programs at North Marion!

Celebrating 14 Years of Giving Back

Well, Covid is still in charge but we’re COMMITTED to our mission!! Auction 2021 “Mask-querade” will be online again--using the same format as 2020 Auction! We will offer an online silent auction February 16th-23rd with pick up at Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard. We will have as many packages as possible! We are excited to present a “new and improved” VIRTUAL Live Auction on Saturday, February 20th streaming on FB live!! (You will need to register and participate in the auction on a different platform but you will be able to see it LIVE on facebook! Please stay tuned for more information!

We are cautiously optimistic for a “return to normal” someday... Here’s the history: An Annual Benefit Dinner Auction where you can support North Marion Schools while finding fun and fabulous items in the silent and live auctions!
