Updated message from Semper Fi:

I wanted to reach out regarding the current conditions for burning. At this time, the temperature is too high to safely conduct the prescribed burn. Elevated temperatures increase the risk of fire escapes, radiant heat, and heat stress to crews. It would be best to postpone the burn until the fall when conditions are less volatile.

Hi Neighbors, we finally received a date for our prairie burn. We are scheduled for 4/22 of next week. With the rainy weather this past month, Semper Fi was having a hard time finding a day to burn, as windy and rain conditions are not ideal. Fingers crossed Mother Nature cooperates so we can get this prairie burned after all!

Dear Linden Estates Community and Valued Neighbors,

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to the Linden Estates Homeowners Association annual dues for the 2026 calendar year.
Due to rising costs associated with maintaining and operating our community, the HOA Board has approved an increase of $100 to the annual dues. Beginning in 2026, the new annual HOA dues will be $498.
There has not been an increase in HOA dues for over ten (10) years. During that time, the Board has worked diligently to manage expenses responsibly and explore all available options to avoid a dues increase. Unfortunately, ongoing increases in maintenance, service, and operating costs have made this adjustment unavoidable. Without taking this action, the Association would be required to operate at a financial deficit.
This increase will allow us to continue maintaining the quality and appearance of Linden Estates, including:
• Maintenance of walking paths
• Upkeep of common areas
• Care of monument and entrance areas
• Necessary repairs and general community improvements
Our goal is to preserve the beauty, safety, and long-term value of Linden Estates while ensuring the Association remains financially stable. We take our responsibility to the community seriously and remain committed to responsible and transparent financial management.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work together to keep Linden Estates a place we are all proud to call home.

Attention: The coyotes in our neighborhood have been very nosy lately. They are getting closer to people‘s homes and not afraid. Please be sure to keep an eye on your dogs There was a coyote fight in the backyard of a neighbor on Homestead Court. Also please do not leave food or scraps outside as they are attracted to these scents.

Attention Dog owners of the Linden Estates: Is it that much to ask for to pick up your dogs p**p? There have been so many new piles of p**p around our neighborhood. Have some respect for your neighbors and fellow dogs and walkers. If you don't have a bag at the time to pick up it, please go back and dispose of it! Most of the time its the same dog/walker as your fellow neighbors have noticed and watched. Thank you! Have a great Saturday.
