This morning we had the last meeting of the year, and the last meeting as Aurora Sunrise.
Thank you Ryan for your awesome leadership as our President this year.
Thank you Tom and Ray for being Charter Members 30 years ago.
Thank you Dez for spending your exchange year with us.
Thank you Frank for all that y I u have done for our club.
On July 12th we will have our first meeting 7am at Mother's as Aurora Rotary United. The Aurora Club will be joining us as we become one breakfast club. We are so excited about what lies ahead as Aurora United.

Saturday we had the pleasure to work with Rebuilding Together Aurora as we helped a single mom with 2 boys. We helped by putting up security lights, replacing kitchen sink, bathroom sink, new screens doors, cleaning and organizing the outdoor shed and yard. This mom has also helped others in need in her work position for 15 years. We are so fortunate to be able to help our neighbors with a helping hand. Thank you Joe Judd, Linton, Mary, Pat and Lisa for showing how we are a club of action!

We celebrated 100 years of Rotary in Aurora last night with a great event.
In order to continue supporting the community for another 100 years the Aurora Rotary Club IL and Rotary Aurora Sunrise also announced that we will be merging effective July 1st 2023 and we will become Rotary Club of Aurora United.
We are so excited to join forces and to continue our mission. We will continue to meet every Wednesday 7am at Mother's Restaurant in Aurora on Galena and Orchard.

Rotary Park is located on the northeast corner of Orchard Rd and Prairies St in Aurora. Today we had the pleasure of planting a tree with the Fox Valley Park District.
