Our vision is focused on all struggling or disadvantaged humans in need. Every hope and dream that love can envision, champion and put into practice on behalf of others less fortunate informs all we do at Cities of Refuge. Our vision, our goal, is the end of homelessness, hunger and the social stigma in our communities associated with poverty, mental illness and past felony convictions.
