It’s the most wonderful time of the year!!!! We are so excited to be able to help some of our families in need this holiday. We had an overwhelming need this year and thanks to our CEO and our family services team we were able to answer those request. If you want to be a part of the holiday magic, talk to one of our family services team on how you can get involved!

We are hosting a FREE Paint & Sip (non-alcoholic) experience at one of our properties today. Art can improve communication and concentration as well as help feelings of isolation.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing tasks that ensure the community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by the Agency. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for complying with the AHA’s operating and safety policies and procedures and for adhering to all federal, state and local laws pertaining to the operation of the community including Fair Housing laws.

Trunk or Treat Call for Volunteers:

We are hosting a safe way for residents in the community to Trick or Treat while also being able to have fun. We would love to have volunteers come out and open the trunks of their cars to allow kids to trunk or treat.

Attention AHA Residents and AHA Section 8 Program Participants:
Aurora Housing Authority partnered with the Tri-County Health Department to provide free Covid-19 vaccines to AHA residents and AHA Section 8 program participants + family members.

The two day vaccine clinic will be held on:

Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
and
Friday, October 1, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

-No appointment needed
-Dinner will be provided
-Community resources will be present
-All three vaccines will be available - you can either receive your first dose, second dose, or your booster if you qualify
-If you are getting your second dose or booster, bring your vaccine card with you

The free Covid-19 clinic will be held at:
