Your commitment to purposeful leadership, creating impact, and paying it forward shone brightly throughout your applications—and we are honored to celebrate your achievements.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors, we are proud to award twelve $250 scholarships this year—four more than originally planned! 💫

Through the Ajilla Foundation, we are honored to pay it forward—nurturing and uplifting the next generation of purposeful leaders.

This year, our conference theme was Growth. Growth reminds us that no matter where we are today, we can always rise higher. Keep learning, keep stretching, keep becoming. And remember—the word “yet” holds the power to turn every challenge into possibility.

Our mission remains steadfast: In partnership with champions and allies, we empower women and girls of color to lead, innovate, and thrive through technology. We do this with passion, guided by purpose, and with a commitment to paying it forward.
