If you didn't get a flyer with the latest real estate activity in Creekview, I've included some charts here.

Overall, Creekview sellers are getting 6.8% over list price for their homes. That's $34,000 on a $500,000 sale!

Hello Homeowners,

With summer just around the corner, many of us are beginning to plan exterior projects such as landscaping and painting. Please remember that all exterior changes need to be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Committee/Board of Directors prior to commencement. The Design Request form can be found on the Association’s website: www.crr.msihoa.co

In order to avoid extra effort and possibly fines, please follow the appropriate steps for approval before embarking on new external projects.

Hello neighbors! Warm weather is here which means that outdoor projects such as home painting, upgrades, and lawn maintenance are all in full swing. Remember, if you are painting your home or planning on any outdoor renovation projects for your home or yard, you must submit a Design Review Request to your HOA for approval prior to beginning your project. The Design Review Request form can be found online at www.crr.msioha.co.

Also, now is the time to make sure the overall appearance of your property meets the expectations of our community rules and regulations. Trees and shrubs should be properly trimmed and maintained, lawns should be regularly watered and mowed, weeds should be removed, trash and trash bins should be stored away from the front of your home, and weathered items such as flags and furniture should be removed or replaced. Not only does this help to keep our community looking great, but your neighbors will appreciate you!

Colorado’s dry air and low precipitation are two great reasons why winter watering should be on your mind this season. Below are some tips for winter watering to prevent plant damage and loss:

- Water shrubs, lawns, and perennials (especially those with shallow natural root systems) one or two times a month during dry fall and winter periods to prevent root damage.

- Water only when air and soil temperatures are above 40 degrees F with no snow cover.

- Established trees have a root spread equal to or greater than the height of the tree, but new trees have a much smaller root system. Water trees one or two times a month within the dripline area during the dormant season to prevent branch weakening and tree loss.
